Vehicle registrations can be entered manually or scanned from the licence-disc barcode, helping speed up processing and reduce typing errors. Visitor or driver details, company, host, destination and expected exit time can all be captured against the same access record.

Each access category can require the checks that matter at that site, including host confirmation, ID verification, mobile number, expected exit, induction, permit or an entry photo. Security can also record additional occupants, declared items and comments, with location recorded when the entry or exit is submitted.

When someone leaves, the guard can work from the current onsite register, search or scan the vehicle, confirm vehicle, occupant and declared-item details, select the exit point and close the visit. Where configured, watchlist and security rules can warn or deny access before entry is recorded.
